Just an Update from the eventful weekend

I am glad to say not problems for the weekend. We anticipated that there would be, with knowing the girls father was coming to town. But after he was told by his grandma that he was not able to come to her house while the kids were there maybe he decided to not go there or start problems. I am not sure but he didn't bother the kids nor did he show up to his dads. I think that maybe he thought that I would give in as I used to with him. He must have realized I am not the same dumb girl I once was. I hope that he will decide to just stay away for the sake of the girls they have come a long way in 3 years of not seeing him and Ashlee has had time to heal and feel better about life it would be awful for her to have to deal with that all over again. And thanks to the most awesome friend a girl could have, who listened and talked me through it, it was one of the hardest times I have been through. I know that might sound silly but when you finally decide where life is going and what you want for kids to think it is all going to be interrupted with a big battle it is scary and definitely not fair to the kids. And thank god for Bill who will protect my kids at any cost it has to be a hard place to be.
